Spread Your Toes For Yoga.

Spreading your toes during yoga poses not only improves your balance, it also helps you improve the range of motion in your toes. When you wear shoes that squeeze your toes together, you can alter the natural alignment of your toes and cause other muscles to perform the work meant for your toes. Practicing proper foot and toe form during yoga poses can help you regain a more natural line in your feet. Check out SmartToes toe stretchers to help align toes and feet and provide hammer toe and yoga toes relief.

Chard. It's Not Just Delicious...It's Actually Good For You!
