Get To Know Sprouted Brown Rice

Sprouting any grain increases its nutritional value by making its nutrients more bio-available, among them calcium. Sprouted brown rice is sweeter, more delicate, and a little less chewy than ordinary brown rice. Check out this link for five great recipes.
